3P Experience Program

This proprietary program, developed by 3P-BC gives students nearing the end of their academic career a unique opportunity to obtain resume worthy experience.  ​Our internship program is aligned with Robert K. Greenleaf's servant leadership model and provides 3P Interns opportunities to gain experience in their own field of study and also acquire knowledge, skills, and ability in fields across all business departments.  We have a licensed program that incorporates adult learning concepts that stick and enable individuals to perform at their optimal best and produce outstanding deliverables.
