Greenleaf At 3P, servant leadership is a philosphy practiced in our company culture that enriches relationships, builds better organizations and ulitmately creates a more compassionate world. Our internship program is built around this leadership model and one reason why interns want to work in our company. Servant leadership focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong. While traditional leadership generally involves the accumulation and exercise of power by one at the top of the pyramid," servant leadership is different. The servant-leader shares power, puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible (Greenleaf Center for Leadership). This model is carried into relationships with our clients, strategic partners, and in our community outreach.
